Delivery Blocking - May through August 2012
Since large daily deliveries of construction materials to the site began in May, the unions block nearly all of the trucks starting 2 blocks from the site. The union members inch along at the urging of law enforcement, at a pace such that it typically takes 1.5 - 2 hours for delivery trucks to travel the final 2 blocks to the property. This blocking of delivery trucks has occurred over 100 times since construction began.
Furthermore the union protestors block the entrance of workers into the property on a daily basis, despite there being an injunction for a restraining order to stay 45 feet away in place. A video of different worker entrance blocking occurring on the same day can be seen in the last link below.
